New Jersey legalized Hemp Derived THC after state lawmakers passed NJ A1330 in 2018.
This bill coincides with the federal Agriculture Improvement Act (Farm Bill 2018), legalizing hemp, hemp production, and all hemp-derived compounds. As of present, hemp derived THC is not classified as a controlled substance under state law Bill A5322.
